Wearalloy Superclad Pipe
60-63 RC
Wearalloy Superclad Pipe is a carbide overlay pipe with a typical hardness range of 60-63 RC. Which provides excellent abrasion resistance when handling sand, stone, and other mineral slurry mixtures. Wearalloy Superclad Pipe is available in diameters that range from 2” to 60” and up to 20 feet long. Overlay deposits range from 1/8” to 1/2” thick. Custom thicknesses are available upon request.

Wearalloy Super-Clad Pipe features a single pass chromium carbide overlay on the inside of the standard wall pipe.
