Wearalloy Tungsten-Clad is a Ford Steel specialty product for extreme wear applications. Utilizing a Wearalloy steel body, this process incorporates solid Tungsten Carbide pellets into the plate in high wear areas. The Tungsten Carbide resists wear and impact, imparting toughness and protection into the steel substrate, increasing part-life, reducing change-out time and protecting valuable equipment.
